As an Admin Assistant at the Canning Vale – Batman Road Centre, you will need to: • Support the centre directors in achieving key business deliverables. • Provide a warm welcome to families in the centres, online and on the phone. • Perform key business tasks such as filing, maintaining families’ accounts, and overseeing the centres waitlist. • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies and Procedures. • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families. • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement. • Contribute to a professional and positive work culture. What do you need? • Previous experience in the early childhood sector. • Exceptional customer service skills, prior admin experience in a similar role is highly regarded. • Ability to think outside the box. • Great understanding of budgets, marketing, and occupancy uplifts. • An ability to multi-task and prioritise your work while remaining efficient and proactive. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Tech savvy and experience with social media. • Has experience reaching out to the community. • Enthusiastic and uplifting personality. • A diploma in Administration or similar is highly advantageous. • Must hold, or be willing to obtain, a national Working With Children Check card.
