With this continued focus on innovation and new products there is a need for an Automation and Reliability Engineer to help deliver optimisations across their key manufacturing facility in Laverton, VIC. The Role Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include: Deliver and driving process developments and improvements and taking the lead for control system and reliability related activities across the site. Scoping and planning for the automation component of capital works and implementing process control, hardware and software improvements. Providing technical support and fault-finding expertise across the site. Work with trades during the installation and commissioning process, as well as optimisations. Manage the control system design, procurement, implementation and integration on capital projects and driving upgrades across the system. Your Background Degree qualified ideally in Mechatronics, Electrical or Automation Engineering Proven experience working with high-speed automation equipment, ideally within food, beverage or dairy industries. Demonstrated experience with PLC systems such as Siemens and / or Allen-Bradley Rockwell automation systems High-level problem-solving skills Have strong communication skills Strong organisation skills What's on offer?
