About the Role As the HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the shared success of the HR/People team, supporting day-to-day operations, administration, and HR strategy. Key Responsibilities Recruitment responsibilities include overseeing background checks and integrating new hires into the system. Collaborating closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Drafting letters of offer for new employees. Utilising the HRIS (Workday) system and internal workflow for onboarding and offboarding processes. Managing job transitions within the employee life cycle. Maintaining organised employee files. Serving as the initial contact for general HR inquiries via SNOW. Skills and Experience Possession of an HR or Business Management Degree, Diploma, or Certificate, being advantageous. Familiarity with the Recruitment process. General understanding of the employee life cycle and Australian employment legislation. Proficiency in communication, influencing, negotiation, and consulting abilities. Customer service-focused approach. Demonstrated capability as a strong multitasker, adept at handling multiple projects with competing priorities. Experience with Workday, Service Now, ADP, and MS Office is desirable.
