Warehouse administrator required for a morning shift role based in Melbourne's western suburbs. Ongoing from Monday - Friday. About the role This role will see you working closely with the warehouse management team and multiple departments within the business. You will be based at the head office located in the western suburbs. Key responsibilities of this role will be to provide high level warehouse administrative duties for the warehouse operations team. The hours are: 06:00am - 14:00pm Monday - Friday. A typical day will see you: Requesting ETA's and POD's for orders already despatched Organising pick ups of external work orders and issuing off work orders. Oganising for stock to be sent out for heat treatment Emailing customer service regarding queries on orders Invoicing and running reports to ensure all invoicing has occurred Printing orders/pickslips for local and interstate orders Dealing with customer queries Process customer orders Check accuracy of orders, inventory and pricing Check system for delivery dates & overdue orders Liaise with departmental managers & staff on a daily basis Daily Adhoc Administration Benefits and perks You will join a team that prides themselves on having a fun work culture and great work colleagues.
