About the Opportunity We have 3 roles available in the Metcash Retail Technology team based in Crestmead as Support Advisors. The team is a conduit between retailers, technology providers and Metcash, delivering technology initiatives primarily to liquor sites to drive sales and efficiency in our stores. In this Role Accountable for providing support to retailers primarily involving retailer integration with Metcash systems, including Host (data) Support, electronic ordering, electronic invoicing and e-commerce programs Execute change management projects on a large scale (up to 3,000 stores within a project scope) Upgrading and/or preparing individual retailer systems(databases) for the deployment of key initiatives including but not limited to the upgrade of scan data, loyalty and e-commerce programs Skilled in data analysis and exceptional attention to detail Accountable for supporting field teams where required Training of retailers and internal stakeholders on Metcash technology initiatives Develop and maintain Retailer, technology partner and internal stakeholder relationships Youre likely a match if Solid experience with retail sector technologies or Point of Sale systems are desirable Strong knowledge of retail specifically the Independent Retail Sector is highly regarded. Skilled in extracting, manipulating, interpreting, and identifying errors in data. SQL experience is advantageous, but not essential Energetic, self-motivated with passion to deliver continuous improvement and support to our customers Show honesty and can easily build good working relationships with immediate team members, customers and both internal and external stakeholders Possess strong interpersonal skills Life at Metcash Experience a supportive and flexible work environment.
