Your responsibilities will include: Partnering and coaching with managers and employees; Employee relations, case management; Conducting engagement surveys and providing feedback; Suggesting and developing process improvements; Managing talent acquisition through supplier relationships; Encouraging a safety culture; and Ensuring processes are compliant with relevant legislation. To Be Successful: Previous experience in a similar role is required; Strong commercial acumen with excellent attention to detail; Demonstrated experience with current legislation; and Approachable mindset with the ability to proactively prioritise.
