Site Administrator — The Hill, Newcastle Area

UGL Hunter Valley Maintenance Centre in Hamilton Nth is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join the high performing team to contribute to the sites success About your role As the Site Administrator will be responsible for providing day to day administration support to the operations team working at the maintenance facility in Newcastle Key responsibilities will include: Coordinate and assist administrative requirements of the team. General administration duties including; word processing, stationary orders, photocopying, and filing Assist production team by input and maintain maintenance records including work orders, asset movements, service. Assist managers with new starter onboarding and engagement. Manage and maintain the project SharePoint, assisting with document control as required. Provide support to the management accountant for invoicing. Providing payroll support to the blue-collar workforce with time sheet entries, processing of leave requests and roster updates. Supporting the management team with reporting. Assisting with accommodation booking and other travel requests. Assisting with raising POs, ordering PPE and managing training records. Ensure compliance with all record keeping requirements. Undertake any adhoc projects, initiatives, tasks as directed by the Area Business Manager About you Strong communication skills (oral & written) Minimum 5 years' experience in Administration Ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally. Intermediate Microsoft skills Prior experience using SAP or other related ERP systems desirable.
