This role based in Melbourne is focussed on litigation and dispute resolution in relation to the construction and infrastructure industry both in Victoria and interstate. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate solid dispute resolution experience. We are looking for an Associate to have carriage of matters, with the experience and confidence to engage with clients, be a team player and work with diligent senior lawyers. What you need We welcome applications from lawyers with a minimum 2-5 years PQE looking to take the next step in your career in a Tier 1 practice. Ideally, you will have experience in construction disputes, good advocacy skills and the ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines. Besides your technical and legal knowledge, you will have an ability to manage client relationships and provide guidance, leadership and mentoring to the junior members in the team. You will also have: a commercial approach to all matters superior drafting ability and a strong attention to detail the ability to work in a highly collaborative fast-paced environment excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and resilience and a commitment to excellence that matches our own.
