We have the right position for you We are seeking a team of reliable and hardworking Labourers/Spotters and Forklift Drivers to assist with set up & pack up of a large mining event taking place in Mackay over the dates of 15th – 27rd July. This is a short term casual role involving manual labour (bending, lifting twisting). Labourers will need to know how to use a Pallet Jack when required. Task ranging from loading and unloading trucks by hand and forklifts, laying temporary flooring, building stands/stalls, to erecting signage and lighting, loading and unloading freight and spotting for forklifts. Forklift drivers will be loading and unloading a variety of ugly/awkward freight. To be considered for these roles, you MUST have:- Own car and current drivers licence Forklift drivers must have minimum 2 years experience Working rights for Australia Must have Construction Industry White Card High-vis Shirt and Steel Capped boots Have 2 x work related references that will be verified All relevant tickets / licenses Must be reliable and available on the above dates Award wages, team environment - always interesting Looking for candidates who are flexible with a great work ethic & attitude.
