Specification Manager (full or part time) — Malaga, Swan Area

Write case studies on projects that we complete throughout the year. Candidates will be required to present to architects and designers. About the Role We are looking for a full or part time Specification Manager to drive growth in architectural systems by ensuring that Alspec products are the first choice of architects/designers in all applications, including Commercial, Residential Windows and Doors, Cladding Systems, Security Screens and Louvre Systems. You will be responsible for: Providing an Alspec Specification Pipeline of projects for the Branch. Providing Area Managers with appropriate project lead opportunities. Ensuring that the Alspec range of systems is understood throughout the Architectural community. Conducting direct presentations to architects and other professional bodies (either one on one or via group or lunch presentations) with a view to increasing the profile of Alspec products within the market. Identifying and converting specific project opportunities that may exist in the State. Ensuring that all Specifier enquiries are responded to quickly and effectively. About You As a degree qualified professional you will bring: Marketing / Sales background will be highly regarded. Experience with building products preferable, but not critical to the role as there is plenty of technical support available at branch and national level. Organised, enthusiastic, sales/marketing experience preferable.
