About the role Reporting to the Fleet and Rostering Team Leader, you will be assisting the Assets and Logistics team to ensure that the daily and monthly operations of Detector Inspector's stock, fleet of vehicles and technician rostering runs smoothly and efficiently. What your day-to-day will look like Register and track all vehicle insurance, and submit insurance claims after incidents (RACV) Coordinate field staff and vehicle rosters Book services and repairs for Detector Inspector’s fleet of vehicles Process vehicle infringements and fines, allocate, nominate, and follow up prior to due date Ensure vehicles are properly equipped Set up and assist field staff with their vehicles, vehicle services and roster Coordinate Detector Inspector’s fuel cards and E-Tags (Linkt) Move Detector Inspector’s vehicles and collect deliveries as required Setup, coordinate, and troubleshoot field and office staff mobile phones Take initiative to continuously improve Fleet & Rostering services General administrative and shared office functions as needed What you'll bring to the role Previous experience in a similar or administrative role Great time management and organisational skills Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality Strong teamwork High attention to detail Proficient across the Microsoft Suite Comfortable using a variety of office software, applications and databases (including data reporting and data entry) Benefits Full-time role Monday-Friday Location in Murrumbeena next to train station Supportive culture and experienced team Training provided with ongoing support and guidance Opportunities for growth and development Job security and work/life balance How to Apply At Detector Inspector we believe in opportunities for all and we’re passionate about creating an inclusive workplace that represents our community.
