We are looking for a Site Administrator with Construction experience to join our construction team in Queensland on an on-going project in Ferny Grove. About the Role You will be responsible for providing Administrative services to the project execution teams by ensuring the integrity, accuracy and currency of project files, records and drawings, and maintaining and processing project cost accounts. You may also be required to work in the head office and support various teams based in the office. As the successful candidate you will need to be a self-starter who is highly motivated, well organised and committed to the highest possible work standards. You will also have the ability to work in a team environment and be open to assist on administrative tasks when required. Skills and Experience 2 - 5 years Administration experience Document Control experience is desirable Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet diverse priorities Good communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated knowledge of functions and features of contemporary computer applications, especially generic office applications Construction industry project experience is desirable Culture and Benefits The successful candidate will be rewarded with the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects and on-going professional development within a supportive and friendly team environment.
