Join UniSuper as a leader and empower your team within an industry-leading culture, driving simplification and performance This role sits within the Experience Design function of the Digital & CX team who are a small, cross-discipline design practice that combines Service, UX & UI skillsets to consult and collaborate closely with the wider organisation. The role Our Experience Design Lead is accountable for providing leadership and design expertise to our multi-disciplinary team of service and experience designers, whilst also fulfilling project design work from concept through to delivery. Working closely with stakeholders to streamline engagement and collaboration between teams, you will drive advocacy for the value design as a practice throughout UniSuper whilst you also Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of our design toolkits and operational practices, including processes, artefacts, design-tools, and knowledge repositories. Participate in the planning and organising of business resources and stakeholders to define the appropriate approach to design activities required to meet user and business goals. Lead design activities for cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, facilitating and contributing to co-design workshops to define problems and opportunities aligned to customer and member needs. Develop thoughtful, user-centric digital solutions from concept & research phases, through to deployment and iteration using Figma and other collaboration tools. Produce and deliver designs deliverables for delivery handover, including wireframes, storyboards, user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. About you An experienced digital design practitioner, with leadership qualities, you have a strong generalist skill set in both Service Design and User Experience Design tools and practices, ideally within Financial Services. Adaptable and empathetic your ability to build strong working relationships it crucial in this role, along with Ability to effectively lead and facilitate workshops to elicit outcomes, engage internal and external partners, and achieve alignment with a diverse range of business and technology stakeholders. Being self-sufficient and able to work with a level of autonomy, demonstrating a strong relationship with your craft and the ability to lead innovative change that delivers outcomes and value Proven leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and developing a team Proficiency in Figma, in both design and prototyping About US We believe that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
