Newly defined roles supporting an innovative new service and facility Work as part of a tight-knit and respected team Play a role in transforming the lives of vulnerable and disadvantaged people in our community About the Role The role of the Administration Officer is to support the administration functions of Ruah Community Services including the Karlup Service. The Administration Officers will provide administration and reception support rotating between Ruah Community Services head office and the Karlup Service floor, all located at the new Ruah Centre for Women and Children. The Karlup Service is a holistic, wraparound service model for women and children to heal and recover from family and domestic violence which will operate from a state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility in the Perth CBD. We are recruiting for Administration Officers, working full-time, as part of a dedicated and integrated administration service supporting both corporate and client-facing needs. What we’re looking for The successful applicants will be required to meet the following criteria: Completion of high school or Certificate III in Business Administration. Experience as a receptionist and office administrator. Advanced computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent customer service skills including interpersonal, written and verbal communication. Well-developed organisational skills including the ability to manage time effectively, prioritise workload, meet deadlines and work autonomously. The following criteria are considered desirable: Previous work experience in a not for profit or community services organisation. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of diversity and social inclusion- including gender, sexuality, disability, cultural, age, and linguistic diversity and Aboriginal culture. What do we offer?
