Administration Officer — Kenwick, Gosnells Area

Look no further, we have the perfect role for you Maddington Hyundai has a rewarding career opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our collaborative team. As an Administration Officer your focus will be to provide administrative assistance, processing transactions, payments and expenses, and processing invoices for the dealership. This position will see you utilise your excellent communication skills when liaising with managers, customers and manufacturers. Role: Reconcile accounts with general ledger Accounts Payable & Receivable Chasing Debtors & Creditors Data entry of invoices to maintain accurate records and databases Maintain records of business costs.
