Customer Service Officer - Part Time — Ingleburn, Campbelltown Area

Customer Service Officer Immediate start - 6 month temp contract Part-time, 25 hours per week across 5 days Working on-site at the Ingleburn office (no work from home option) WOW Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join an Australian Residential and Commercial Plumbing/Gas company with a global presence in Ingleburn for 6 months. Reporting to the Plumbing & Gas General Manager, you will be responsible for going above and beyond to deliver Customer Service and data entry excellence. The ideal candidate for this role has exceptional customer service abilities with excellent attention to detail. What you will be doing? Manage phone and enquiries, meeting all internal and external customer requests in a timely manner. Monitor email inboxes and incoming faxes dealing with any queries promptly. Processing customer orders through ERP system as recieved. Logging and completion of customer returns. Data entry of customer details and orders. Communicating, updating, and following up with customers and sales staff in relation to orders and returns as required. Adhering to safety and compliance standards set up by the company ensuring they are maintained. What do you bring? 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high volume customer service environment. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data entry. Tech savvy with the ability to pick up new softwares at ease. Ability to work collaboratively with others, whilst completing tasks autonomously. Excellent working knowledge of ERP systems - Microsoft NAV would be highly advantageous.
