As their business grows, they are looking for a talented Finance Business Partner to join their team on a part-time basis with strong work-from-home flexibility. The Role We are seeking a Finance Business Partner who will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial health and strategic growth of our client's clinics. This part-time position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work remotely, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking a balance between work and personal commitments. Responsibilities: · Provide financial insights and support to clinic managers and senior management. · Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. · Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. · Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. · Support decision-making processes with accurate financial data and analysis. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency. · Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. · Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration planning. · Analyze potential M&A opportunities and assess their financial impact on the business. Your Skills & Experience - Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or related field. - CPA or CA qualified or working towards your qualification.
