The Role Step into a dynamic role as a Business Support and Construction Administrator, where you'll be a key contributor to the management and administration of company operations. You'll play a vital role in the pre-construction and post-construction phases of their projects, gaining exposure to various functions, including general administration, marketing coordination, bid preparation, and HR. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Estimation and Construction departments Assisting with tender and bid submissions, coordinating input from relevant teams Participating in content development and preparation of presentations Facilitating the administrative requirements to transition projects from estimation to construction Coordinating the defects process, inclusive of liaising with tenants and property managers Managing post-construction photography Handling general business administration and financial duties Updating online presence via Instagram, website, and company profile, promoting the company culture Assisting in the organisation of company events Coordinating an effective and efficient recruitment and onboarding processes The Builder Established almost a decade ago, this efficiently operated company has undertaken projects spanning retail, hospitality, apartments, and childcare facilities. Their project scope ranges from $1M to $25M, with a predominant focus on the $5M to $15M bracket.
