Responsibilities Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, contractual and quality standards. Provide leadership and direction to project teams, working in a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Effectively collaborating with Site Supervisors/Managers to ensure builds are completed on time and within advised budget. Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Attend construction meetings and implement improvements. Provide continuous training and ongoing support to the team members What you will bring to the role Minimum 5 years experience as a Construction Manager, preferably Medium Density. Strong ability to manage a team and meet KPIs. Having managed a team of minimum 4 supervisors/site managers Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
