Join Nextt Geelong for flexible, impactful work supporting young clients with ASD and ADHD in a diverse, inclusive environment Join Nextt Geelong: Support Workers Needed for Young Clients with ASD and ADHD About the Role: Are you a dedicated and compassionate support worker looking to make a real difference? Nextt Geelong is seeking experienced support workers for four of our young clients (female client aged 11 and male clients aged 15 to 22) with Autism, ADHD, and behaviors of concern. Your role will involve assisting with daily living, activities, and providing positive behavior support. Schedule: Monday to Sunday shifts from 3pm to 9am ( sleepover from 11pm to 7am ) Locations : Geelong, Charlemont, Armstrong Creek and Surrounds Essential Skills and Licenses: Experience with ASD, ADHD, and Behaviors of Concern (BOC) NDIS Workers Screening Check Working with Children Check First Aid and CPR Certificate Australian Driver's License and access to a fully insured vehicle What We're Looking For: Experience or willingness to learn about ASD, ADHD, and trauma in young people Immediate availability for an ASAP start Passion for providing engaging, positive support Why Join Nextt?
