The Role Toll People are currently seeking a casual / part-time Transport Forklift Operator in our West Gosford Depot. This business delivers a range of freight ranging from cartons, pallets, dangerous goods, perishables, awkward shape, oversize carg o or full pallet movement for an array of customers. Monday-Friday 5/6AM starts, 4-6 hours per shift. Key Responsibilities : Load ing local PUD Tautliner vehicles along with restraining loads as required Unloading and Loading Linehaul B Doubles and Semi-Trailers from interstate locations Unloading products from within containers Movements of pallets from within the yard Opening and closing of vehicles that have gates, straps and curtains Restraining all loads using straps Skills & Experience : H old a current LF Forklift Licence Prior experience loading vehicles with a range of different freight High degree of knowledge relating to load restraint compliance Good numeracy skills to ensure the weight of freight complies with the legal load limits on vehicles Experience loading linehaul vehicles with mezzanine floors Experience with Dangerous Goods and have a good understanding of the regulations associated Benefits Above market average payrates Part-time work hours Opportunity to join leading transport company Working at Toll At Toll, we're proud to be a leading integrated logistics provider in the Asia Pacific region.
