The Role: As the Sales Manager for our Windows and Doors section, you will take charge of our current sales and marketing function, overseeing a team of sales representatives. Your primary goal will be to drive this team to achieve superior results through effective margin management, credit control, and share of wallet optimization. Salary: $100-130k salary (experience dependent) Key Responsibilities: Manage and coach the external sales team to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and consistent sales performance. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share in the Windows and Doors section. Coordinate with internal sales support staff to build and nurture key client relationships. Utilize superior sales analysis provided by CRM system to identify opportunities and drive sales growth. Facilitate group marketing activities to promote products effectively. Skills and Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in senior sales management and operational roles, preferably in the building and construction, trade sales, or manufacturing industries. Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on team development and performance improvement. Demonstrated understanding of margin management, credit control, and share of wallet principles.
