As the Head of Design, you will take a systems level view of design across the enterprise and oversee the design activities across for the business, tying together human, digital, and physical interactions to create a seamless humanistic experience throughout the customer lifecycle. You will lead a team of talented designers who work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify customer pain points, design, and prototype solutions, and implement service improvements that positively impact the customer experience. You will be responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and standards for design across Zurich Australia, ensuring alignment with the brand and the Zurich Design System. You will also foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within your team and across the organisation. Important to your success - let's grow together Strong background in service design, user experience, and customer research methodologies, with a portfolio of successful design projects. Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to understand the business context, user needs, and market trends, and to translate them into design opportunities and solutions. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to present ideas and concepts to senior stakeholders, including C-suite. A track record of designing and facilitating design workshops. People management experience Working in an Agile environment, leading, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, advantageous. Belong.
