Logistics Administrator — Welshpool, Canning Area

Join our warehouse team as a Logistics Administrator Our client based in Welshpool provides innovative engineering, equipment and service solutions to the global mining and cement industries. As a key player in the logistics team, you'll be responsible for managing the administrative tasks that keep the warehouse running smoothly, while also getting hands-on experience in the heart of the action. Responsibilities: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies. Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimise logistics processes. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and streamline operations. General warehouse duties will be required from time to time. Requirements: Must be computer savvy (Use of Microsoft systems, and/or knowledge of Epicore will be highly regarded). Transport knowledge (Courier companies and their booking portals). Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills and a good attitude.
