Sales Support — Laverton North, Wyndham Area

ABOUT THE ROLE Working as part of the Commercial team, the Sales Support role provides an opportunity to join a team in a national role within freight forwarding. The position will support key internal stakeholders, including the Sales, KAM, Operations and Customer Service teams, by providing quotes, updating rate cards and costing projections. DUTIES • Source rates from suppliers and collate and update system rate-cards • Compile and present quotes as requested to internal stakeholders • Support internal teams with support as required • Generate weekly reports out of the CW1 operating system SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Experience quoting and sourcing rates from suppliers • Previous experience updating rate cards in CW1 is an advantage • Present organised, bring structure and strong attention to detail • Strong computer skills, particularly with excel and email COMPANY CULTURE Invested in technology, a settled and loyal team with a strong culture that is growing.
