They are looking to recruit a Warehouse Administrator to support their warehouse operation near Tullamarine. They have been established for over 50 years and employ over 5,000 people globally and are currently experience of a large degree of growth due to their strong position in the industry. Responsibilities Assist with picking, packing, and all administration of spare parts on a daily basis Provide support to spare parts controller when needed Ensure received stock aligns with purchase orders and vendor documentation Inspect and report any damaged goods/packaging to vendors and coordinators General warehouse duties - loading & unloading trucks, making local deliveries, cleaning etc. Escalate issues with freight (delays, missing or damaged ) to the responsible freight forwarder to investigate Skills and Experience MUST have Forklift License Good computer skills. Ability to update spreadsheets, booking courier services etc Experience of SAP and MS Outlook would be highly advantageous Must have full working rights Strong administration experience within a warehouse
