Key Responsibilities Entering, organising, maintaining and interpreting data within excel spreadsheets with impeccable attention to detail Providing exceptional customer service to their valued clients and internal stakeholders Reporting to provide client updates Forecasting and back order reports Collaborating with the sales team to interpret data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth Managing your time effectively and prioritising tasks effectively Processing of customer sales orders Provide a high level of customer service both written and oral Working with the Warehouse and Logistics teams to coordinate shipments Skills & Experience A keen eye for detail and accuracy when entering data Strong proficiency in spreadsheets Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for top notch customer service The ability to work within a team environment The ability to translate data into actionable insights An understanding of order processing About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
