Project Administrator — Sydney, Sydney Region

Tagarela Migration Pty Ltd Position: Project Administrator Location: Kurnell, NSW 2231, Australia Benefits Salary: The remuneration for this position is AUD 80,000-90,000 per annum plus superannuation. Task & Responsibilities Responsibilities: • Assisting in coordinating the acquisition of licences, approvals, variations, and invoices by liaising with relevant stakeholders. • Communicating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of items in accordance with project requirements. • Booking surveyors, line pumps, service locators, concrete, asphalt, and other necessary services or goods. • Assisting in obtaining Dials and communicating with asset owners to secure approvals for work areas near assets. • Arranging for on-site standby personnel from companies such as Jemena, APA, or Ausgrid, if required. • Maintaining daily contact with Project Managers and supervisors to provide administrative support and update work schedules. • Assisting in various aspects of project coordination to ensure successful completion, including planning, organising, and monitoring activities. • Preparing and organising documentation for project commencement (Project folders, drawings, pre-start checklists, induction materials, SWMS, etc.). • Identifying and reporting issues, understanding basic technical and practical aspects related to concrete and asphalt projects. • Measuring and managing variations, handling work breakdowns, and coordinating invoices with project managers. • Assisting in overseeing contractor work and reporting on variations to work orders. • Compiling and analysing data related to project performance, such as completion time, resources used, and costs incurred, and preparing reports for stakeholders. Qualification & Experience Requirements : Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration). Experience : At least one year of work experience as a Project Administrator. Experience in the construction industry and understanding of project coordination and administrative tasks are highly regarded. Skills : Proficiency in office software such as Excel and other project management tools. Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
