Storekeeper (Part Time) — Largs North, Port Adelaide Area

Your day-to-day Ensure that goods delivered match the incoming delivery documents, ensuring to respect HACCP requirements checking and recording temperatures of food items, quantities and quality of products delivered and this is recorded using Foodbuy system - any manual dockets to be distributed to Finance Specialist for matching with invoices Support departments with returning goods to suppliers and ensure credit notes are received and provided to Accounts Payable Assisting the Finance department as required Follow Manual Handling practices & procedure Report workplace hazards to supervisor Verify that the pricing on the delivery documents match the prices on the Purchase Orders Ensure invoices are coded, batched correctly and approvals are obtained in line with hotel delegation of authority Ensure that storage areas and loading dock area are clean and maintain a high hygienic standard in line with HACCP and IHG Standards Assist with some clerical accounting work as and when required much more What we need from you Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company Good time management and proactive attitude Computer literate Good Communication and writing skills Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities Look smart - wear your uniform with pride How do I deliver this?
