Our Port Macquarie client is looking for a well presented and professional legal receptionist for full time role. Position : Legal Receptionist Start : ASAP Duration : Permanent, ongoing Salary : $56,000-$63,200 Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week Location : Port Macquarie, NSW Overview Our Port Macquarie client is looking for a well presented and professional legal receptionist with excellent computer systems, communication, and problem-solving skills. If you have fantastic communication skills, are customer focused and love working in a professional team environment, then apply now Primary Purpose of the Position Provide administrative support and reception duties to a well-known legal firm in Port Macquarie. Use your administrative experience and exceptional attention to detail to support the business and its clients. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for customers and the general public in a courteous, professional and efficient manner Provide the partners and legal team with professional administrative support including taking accurate and detailed messages, word processing duties, attending to routine correspondence and following up client enquiries Maintain familiarity with clients, so enquiries can be handled efficiently Word processing, correspondence and preparation of documentation Provide assistance in the administration and maintenance of company records Maintain employer/client confidentiality at all times Ensure the front office and reception areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. Project a highly professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards. Answering and directing of phone, email and in-person correspondence Preferred knowledge of LEAP systems Undertake a variety of administrative activities for and on behalf of the partners and / or a work team Maintain computerised records in an efficient and secure manner Generate routine correspondence with a view to exchanging factual information whilst exercising discretion and judgment at all times, seeking supervisory direction as necessary.
