Nextt is in need of a FEMALE experienced and dedicated Disability Support Workers to provide 1:1 in home supports, personal care, community access support and assistance with activities of daily living in Toukley. Must be able to commit to the below shifts ongoing: Week 1 Monday - 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM Tuesday - 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday - 06:00 AM - 12:00 PM Thursday - 06:00 AM - 12:00 PM Friday - 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM Week 2 Monday - 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM Tuesday - 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM Wednesday - 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday - 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM Friday - 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM Your skills and experience: Experience with Dementia and Aged Care preferred.
