Traineeship in Human Resources Department — Mascot, Rockdale Area

The Client We are currently seeking to recruit a Human Resources Trainee to join a global leader in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry while completing a Certificate III in International Freight Forwarding. The Position Reporting to the Human Resources Manager you will be given formal and "on the job" training to develop your skills allowing you to support the team by, you will also be enrolled in a formal traineeship studying a Certificate III in International Freight Forwarding. Day to day execution of HR support such as: Talent Coordinator. Recruitment process. Facilitation of the appraisal process. Maintaining personnel files, keep them up to date according to corporate guidelines and local legislation. Completing your Academic studies toward a Certificate III in International Freight Forwarding. TMS / Time sheet management of COO direct report. Roll out implementation of any HR projects or initiatives. Approval of timesheets and leave requests for direct reports of reporting managers. Draft Reports for compilation and submission. Support with Audits for BE and HR. Creation and updating of reports, presentations, and briefs within their scope of responsibility. Coordination and preparation of events, presentations, and external meetings with multiple stakeholders within scope. Back-up to all EA to MD tasks and responsibilities. Maintenance of general correspondence as required as well as data processing confidential material. Operational analysis & reporting. Facilitating and reporting of operational debtors’ management. Travel system administrator for entire business AU & NZ (back-up). Other reasonable duties as required.
