About the role: As an experienced and collaborative warehouse coordinator, you'll be responsible for efficient inventory management, stock cycle counts & record keeping inline with safety standard. Your excellent communication skills enable effective collaboration with suppliers, teams, and transportation providers. With a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities, will drive and contribute to operational success. Your role as a Warehouse Coordinator: Maintain inventory control, cycle counts, stock take, input, and output of purchase orders Optimize warehouse layout for stock orders, containers, and supply management Move, transfer, and allocate spare parts to appropriate areas. Assisting in managing the loading dock for all incoming and outgoing goods. Prepare, collect, package and label goods for shipment. Collaborate with teams in sales and client services to ensure timely fulfilments. General housekeeping to ensure organised work environment. Commitment to work, health and safety performed with compliance to operational guidelines, company policies and regulations We would love to hear from people with: At least 2 years prior experience in warehouse / logistics/ inventory management role. LF (Forklift license) - Essential Experience with PRONTO or Advanced Warehouse Management Systems Skills - Essential . Experience in freight bookings e.g. TNT, TOLL, DHL etc. Excellent communication skill both written and verbal to collaborate with internal teams and suppliers. Detailed oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Strong time management and able to task prioritize. Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients.
