Recruitment Administrator — Tingalpa, Brisbane

Administrator (Recruitment team) | Up to $95,000 per annum | Permanent | 38 hours per week - site-based My client is a real local success story, who have doubled in size & have ambitious growth plans They're looking for someone to join them on a permanent basis to support the team with sourcing candidates, compliance and onboarding to support their growth and service their clients. Duties: Coordinating front-line recruitment, including advertising job roles, reviewing applications and screening a high volume of support staff. Managing the full interview process, from coordinating and carrying out high volumes of interviews, and following up on applications. Working with multiple departments to establish hiring requirements to ensure a healthy pipeline of candidates Working across multiple software systems to document and record all recruitment activity, ensuring procedures and policies are followed. Supporting the leadership team to roll out training, support staff retention and drive workplace culture. This is a great role for someone who enjoys people contact and thrives in a busy admin based environment. This role is administrative in nature, so you must be comfortable carrying out process related tasks. You will be target-driven to ensure that you meet volume hiring needs, while delivering an excellent service to all stakeholders in the process. You'll need knowledge of Fair work and NES; you'll have the opportunity to be involved in some exciting projects over the coming years with the business rolling out new systems, processes and growth plans.
