We are seeking a Senior and/or Associate level Electrical Building Services Engineer. Key Responsibilities Design of electrical building engineering services Site inspections and survey for the purposes of reports or project works Preparation of engineering drawings and documents to meet project timelines Engineering calculations such as lighting calculations using Dialux, cable sizing, Maximum Demands, BCA Section J calculations Preparation of technical specifications and contract documents Preparation of single lines diagrams and schematics Preparation of technical specifications and contract documents Seek and promote ESD and innovation in all aspects of your work Coordination of design with other engineers and appreciation of other services disciplines Assist with fee proposals and marketing where required Mentor junior staff Assistance with developing the office and engineering standards and maintaining best practices Keep abreast of latest trends/requirements Requirements Bachelor Electrical Engineering, CPEng and RPEQ (Or eligible) Health/Hospital experience would be highly advantageous. Any building services design experience to support newest medical technologies and treatments would be a benefit. Extensive knowledge of local codes, standards and regulations At least 7 years in a similar role experience and skills on your level of entry Senior/Associate.
