As a Lead Engineer, you will assume responsibility for implementing capital projects required to support the Protected Vehicles Industrial strategy and solutions from concept through to equipment handover. YOUR ROLE We currently have 2 positions available in Bendigo. Develop manufacturing, repair, service, testing and integration plans and procedures Implement projects following the Manage the Change (MOC) documentation ensuring that projects are launched to achieve relevant Australian standards Ensure that industrial processes and procedures are deployed and monitored. Prepare the manufacturing/repairs documentation Support the Operational teams in implementing first-level maintenance YOUR EXPERIENCE Engineer Degree required - minimum level Bachelor Advanced Practice of analytical and problem-solving techniques Knowledge of capital projects implementation from concept to handover Act with agility, adjust behaviour in real time and foster a culture of continuous improvement WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY After you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
