Job Responsibilities: Lead and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered within budget, scope, and timeline. Manage a team of engineers and technical professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, specifications, and objectives. Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to assess project viability and risks. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, clients, and external partners. Provide technical expertise and guidance in resolving complex engineering challenges. Continuously improve project engineering processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Project Engineering Manager, preferably in the renewable energy industry. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles, practices, and technologies. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards in the renewable energy sector. Professional engineering certification (PE) is desirable.
