We are looking for the successful Candidate to start ASAP for a 12-month contract with 2 x 12-month contract extensions The System Engineering role will provide specialist knowledge and capacity to: Job Description: Ideal candidates should have previous experience working within a Defence environment & good interpersonal skill and a customer-focused mentality, as well as core ICT support skills. They should be prepared to manage a range of ICT capabilities to support ICT operations such as: The System Engineer role will provide specialist knowledge and capacity to: Requirements: (i). Assists with the delivery and ongoing support of system components across a complex platform of infrastructure and end user computing services in support of the BICES solution. (ii). Work closely with the Lead Solution Architect and Change Manager to progress technical changes through the Defence change process. (iii). Ensure effective security and resilience through ongoing security patching and updates. (iv). Assist the Business Analyst and Technical Writer to complete and/or review technical support artefacts and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); and (v). Any other tasks reasonably requested by the program.
