You've opened the right door As an R&D team, making sure your ideas are heard and encouraged is what we strive to do What You'll Do: The Criteo In-Store development team helps to power retailers and broader businesses to transform their in-store media, out-of-store media and brand partnerships from antiquated PDF packs and spreadsheet management to an integrated scalable SaaS solution that the worlds' leading brands and agencies trust. Working with other members of the development team participate in the full SDLC (software development lifecycle) to deliver product outcomes. On top of software develop activities this includes participating in our agile practices. Work with the team on continual improvement to improve the quality, maintainability, reliability, and performance of our platform. Provide thought leadership on frontend development practices, technologies, and approaches to raise the bar at Criteo In-Store. Ensure that the work you deliver works as expected from your local machine all the way up to production. Work with the product team and your other team members on refining technical and product stories providing clear outcomes and expectations. At times lead a team on project initiatives. Who You Are: 5 years of modern frontend web development, with at least 3 of those years working on complex React applications across a portfolio of projects. Experience with TypeScript, complex state management (Redux), and creating frontend applications which may need to render or manage large amounts of data with fast response times. Strong knowledge of UI/UX principals and a keen eye for design aesthetics and responsive design. Comfortable Git beyond just the basics, and frontend build tools (Webpack, Gulp, Yarn, etc). Experience with public cloud solutions (e.g. AWS), with strong knowledge of API best practice. Experience leading small teams. Strong experience with frontend unit and integration testing.
