You'll have to join us to find out What You'll Do You will manage the region's power and ESG reporting requirements by scoping and creating business cases to reduce energy and operational costs for the APAC network. You will also be responsible for scoping ROI and supporting expansion projects that ensure the output of infrastructure, equipment, and other site services run to an optimum level of service. Ensure operations and equipment follow company policies, relevant operational standards, service delivery levels, safety practices, and related statutory requirements. Ensure warehouse operations are not affected or mitigated to the lowest possible disruption by the delivery of any project to facility, critical plant, and equipment on a 24-hour / 7-day basis. Identifies current and future energy efficiency opportunities throughout the network. Achieves financial objectives by identifying cost-saving initiatives. Turn cost-saving initiatives into sound ROI business cases, and achieve approval and implementation. Robust Project management philosophies and implementation principles. Populate all business templates pertaining to the ROI and project approval process Ensure that all initiatives presented meet or exceed business payback hurdles Set, monitor site / network budgets, and actual costs by conducting Post Implementation reviews (PIR's) to ensure that the expected outcome was realized Support procurement activities on new power agreements Liaise for APAC Facilities, Maintenance Project and Energy team ensuring teams are kept informed throughout all stages of the project's timeline Ensures compliance with mechanical, electrical and all other municipal and state codes. Resolves any project related issues by consulting with management, engineering, project teams and quality regulatory personnel. Protects employees, contractors, and visitors by maintaining a safe and clean working environment throughout the planning and delivery of any project. Fulfil the regions ESG reporting needs are completed each month Other duties as required What Experience and Education You Need Appropriate tertiary qualifications at Degree level, or recognized industry accredited training, and/or industry experience. Analytical and problem-solving skills, the capacity to prioritize work and maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines. Excellent administration & time management skills. Computer literacy and demonstrated competence in the use of a equipment controls and monitoring systems as well as current PC based software including Word, Excel and Outlook etc. Understanding of Australian Standards, Codes of Practice and legislation pertaining to energy (ESG) industries standards and project management best practice Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong customer relations experience. Energy auditing or assessment qualifications/certification (Desirable). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to consult, problem solve and dispute resolution. Excellent management skills and possess the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in deadline driven, fast paced environment.
