Duties and responsibilities Solve, support, manage and troubleshoot endpoint management solutions such as Intune / MECM / SCCM, Windows 10 and 11 SOE support and deployment, Application packaging and deployment, Microsoft 365 support and compliance configuration, Project based on customer prem implementations, solutions, troubleshooting and representing our client in a professional and high integrity manner, Production of documentation and user guides, Installing, configuring, and maintaining network devices such as routers, switches, wireless access points and firewalls, Monitoring network performance and ensuring that the network is available to users, Troubleshooting network issues and identify and resolve problems, Implement infrastructure and network security measures to protect against cyber threats, Manage and configure virtual private network (VPN) connections between on-prem equipment and cloud services, Collaborate with IT professionals and other team members, Some travel and after-hours work may be necessary.
