: About The Opportunity: In this role you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the operations and service levels of the End User Computing infrastructure across St Vincent's to optimise availability and reliability. This will include participation in, and oversight of the daily up-keep and administration of the organisations end user compute infrastructure and computer systems. This position will contribute to the design, planning, implementation and maintenance of infrastructure and architecture including Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), group policy, application deployment, operating system deployment and endpoint security. To be successful in this role you will have experience supporting large complex Microsoft network environments, and experience in deploying and supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor technical teams. Key responsibilities of the role: Managing a MECM environment. Current Microsoft technologies (server, desktop and applications). PC hardware and peripherals knowledge and skills. Application packaging and deployment. ITIL Service Desk environment. Usage of systems configuration and change management processes and documentation. Whilst not essential, an understanding of Microsoft 365 products and services, and/or Microsoft certification will be highly desirable.
