Our civil contracting client are experts who specialise in road construction, civil infrastructure, bulk earthworks, marine construction, as well as structural and civil concrete projects. Their repertoire spans across a diverse spectrum of civil projects encompassing roadworks, bridges, car parks, earthworks, dams, pipelines, landscapes and ports. What Can We Offer You? Permanent, full-time position Salary in line with skills and previous experience Immediate start available Great company culture, friendly and supportive team This role involves (but is not limited to): Planning and programming the project and construction works Quality, Workplace Health & Safety and implementation of correct safety measures Client Relations Risk assessment and management Financial management, monitoring actual costs against budget Mentoring of project staff & team members Effectively resolve conflict & manage a team efficiently Effectively manage cash flow to maintain a positive cash position Our Ideal Candidates: A successful candidate will be experienced and professional with a positive attitude.
