D365 - Application Support Engineer — Melbourne, Melbourne Region

Provide business support for all MS Dynamics 365 applications, including Customer Service, Marketing, Omnichannel, Sales, Power Apps Portal, and Power Platform. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating within and across teams to ensure transparency and effective problem-solving. Test, debug, diagnose, and correct errors in code, configuration, integration, data, or scheduled jobs. Coordinate and implement bug fixes, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal functionality and performance. Manage data administration, input, and export/migration as required. Maintain and provide regular updates on support tickets. Stay updated with the latest platform features and functionality, proactively seeking enhancements.
