This role will provide above and beyond customer service, work collaboratively in a team and support each other to deliver outstanding results. Fixed Term contract, ending in January 2025. ABOUT THE ROLE: Delivering and maintaining our high customer care standards Analysing and organising stock to maximise sales on the shop floor Stock management duties - unpacking stock, processing and moving stock to keep the store looking fresh. Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Previous retail experience will be essential Is well-presented and has an eye for detail Has a can-do, positive attitude to all areas of work Is a friendly, enthusiastic person who is confident talking to different customers and building relationships Desire to challenge yourself to achieve company and personal objectives Is passionate about providing genuine and meaningful customer interactions The ability to analyse and organise stock Necessary skills to balance customer care with administrative duties Confident to work in a fast-paced retail environment WHY JOIN THE FINE DAY TEAM?
