Work with our market-leading and trusted brand & products Operate across our QLD State Retail and Trade teams Competitive salary package including company vehicle and commercial sales bonus About the role Due to an internal promotion, we’re seeking a QLD State Sales Manager to help deliver long-term profitable growth for the Cabot’s business. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this leadership role is responsible for coaching and developing the sales team and accountable for managing sales revenue with our business with Bunnings, Mitre 10, Inspirations and Dulux Trade. This role will see you analysing market, channel and customer sales data to ascertain better insights and establish an informed position whilst executing national programs against fixed cost budgets. Pivotal to your success in the role will be your ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships with stores and with the Area/State Management teams (in particular with our Channel Business Managers) and act as the escalation point for any queries.
