Administration Officer Community Corrections Corrective Services NSW Location: Electronic and External Monitoring Group - Rhodes Position Type: Ongoing – Permanent Opportunity Salary: Clerk Grade 3/4 starting at $ 79,032.00pa plus Employer’s contribution to Superannuation and Annual Leave Loading Empower Your Team: Join as an Administration Officer in Rhodes' Monitoring Group Your role At the Electronic Monitoring and External Monitoring Group, our mission is to ensure the smooth operation of monitoring services through efficient administrative support. As an Administration Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering administrative, rostering, and purchasing services to support our operations effectively. Your tasks will include managing documents, providing high-level clerical support, and being the point of contact for inquiries during business hours. Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in data management will be key responsibilities. What you’ll do • Undertake a variety of administrative support tasks including purchasing, rosters, asset management, and records management. • Provide high-level clerical and administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders. • Manage and distribute documents in accordance with policies and regulations. • Act as a primary point of contact for the Monitoring Group during business hours. • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in data management processes.
