This role is integral to the smooth operation of a sales team, providing essential administrative and on-field support to ensure the agents can focus on listing and selling properties. Key Responsibilities : Administrative Support : Prepare proposals, organize OFI packs, and assist the sales team with various administrative tasks. On-Field Tasks : Conduct final inspections, bank valuations, and building inspections. General Assistance : Take on a variety of tasks to support the sales team, helping to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Who We’re Looking For : A proactive and enthusiastic "go-getter" who is eager to take on new challenges and support the sales team. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
