Located in Sunshine, VIC, and experiencing continual growth, they are seeking a proactive Junior Internal Sales Representative to join the team and create shared values. Training on sales processes and product training will be provided as well as ongoing support. Your duties will include: Processing of inbound orders - email and phone Handling customer queries and questions Liaising with Operations with regards to customer deliveries Managing customer complaints in a timely manner and escalating where required Updating customer CRM with notes and information General customer service duties.
