Global Leader in Real Estate Services Permanent Part-Time role - 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Competitive Salary Commercial Asset (Corporate Office) Excellent Workplace Culture/Team The Role: My client who is a Global Leader within Real Estate Services is seeking an experienced Facilities Administrator . The ideal candidate my client is looking for will be highly organised, proactive and can take ownership of the job. In this Facilities Administrator role the ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the management of the physical environment of a workplace whilst ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Implement schedule tasks, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure that the changes are implemented smoothly, Experience in requesting works, budget allocation, raising work orders/invoicing, updating staff member requests. Communicating with internal team and client on soft service delivery. Experience in implementing security and safety protocols within the workplace. Experience in managing Soft and Hard Services Ability to manage key vendors and stakeholders Managing all communication and requests via email and phone calls efficiently and effectively Experience in provdiing support to the required FM's/FC when needed.
